Background

The project required an operating-platform migration and regulatory data connection while retaining the existing chargers.

Implementation

Control and communication components were adapted in batches, with equipment, order and status data verified separately for both platforms.

Outcome

One retrofit enabled centralised operations and regulatory data reporting without unnecessary replacement of complete chargers.
